“With young kids and 2 dogs, we use Extreme Carpet Care at least once a year for our light colored carpets. And after spending hours on my knees trying to clean the grout and tile, we called Herbert. Our grout never looked better! Now we call him every year before the holidays to clean the grout and tile. Worth it!!!! It would take me days on my hands and knees to clean the same area! He shows up on time and always comes when we call. We've been using their weekly house cleaning service for 7 years. Trustworthy, responsible, reliable. Seems like you both are being vindictive for whatever reason but if you have never been to a place of business don't rate them, and especially dont rate them just for Google guide badges thats pathetic! You two should be ashamed of yourselves these reviews are public and seen by many and a lot of people heed them, when you give out false reviews you could potentially be hurting the business. I dont know what you had agaimst a business that helps out the community, selflessly helps out the homeless but the employees are kind and helpful and the overall cleanliness is better than some restaurants I've seen. I rated only 4 stars because I'd like to see more time dedicated to the homeless and a broader outreach. So thanks Karina's Laundry Center for giving back to those who need it most!”

“I wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with their services. I was living with my Boyfriend and his 2 male roommates. I hate to say it but the carpet was so bad I was embarrassed to have people come over, until I had this company clean the carpets. Upon moving out I called many places who gave me quotes up to $200.00 for a 1,052 square foot apartment and that was without their special spot remover. Pacific carpet cleaning quoted $99.00 including spot remover. I believe the gentleman I spoke with at first was Jeff, also the owner, he had great knowledge and was very detailed regarding his equipment. He also gave me tips on how to keep my new upcoming white carpet clean and also suggested a inexpensive carpet cleaner spray I can use if I had any small accident spills. Our carpet cleaner was named Alex who I also called David Blaine and David Copperfield because of the fact that the stains would magically disappear before my eyes, he was quick, friendly and gave 100% effort. Their equipment is superior. The total bill ended up being $130.00. I couldn't be happier with the results. I now added them to my contacts as, "The Bomb Carpet Cleaners."
