When I mentioned my daughter was getting married they went out of their way to offer their service for additional wedding attire needs. They offered to me additional plastic hanging bags to store my daughter’s veil. I ended up taking both the wedding dress and groom's tuxedo for last minute steaming and to add a "something blue" charm to the inside of the dress. They could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them for any regular or special occasion cleaning needs.”

“Mrs. Lee is the BEST! She always hems my pants (I am a shortie) and she does a GREAT job! I took 7 pairs of pants to Promenade Cleaners to be hemmed the other day. It was 108 degrees outside and not much cooler inside. While I was trying on the pants for pinning, man brought in HIS pants and she took care of us both at the same time, in between measuring each of us! The man needed his pants in 2 days. She said fine. She offered to do ALL of mine in 3 days. Wow! She is the DEFinition of "grace under pressure." To the person who published the review about buttons on a nice jacket. I was always told by my NYC mother to take my buttons off my coats before dry cleaning if they were "nice." Articles of clothing are not cleaned individually and all go in the machine together unless you request and pay for special handling like a wedding dress.”

“I went on a Friday morning, and it wasn't busy at all. The machines were clean, the air conditioners were running, and they had music (could lower the volume a little). Compared to other places I've been, this was a Godsend. Single loads are $1.50 for top loading 'Speed Queen' washers and $2.00 for front loading. Took two times in the dryer at $0.25 on high to get my clothes dry.”

“i clean my carpet at list twice a year (2 dogs and a Husband LOL) my biggest problem was that the stains would come back a week or two later and it would take at least a day to dry ! Elly from Quick dry introduce me to a new process to clean the carpet called encapsulation i didn't understand it fully at first but he said it will dry in about 3 hours and the stain will not come back ...i am writing this review over a mount since the cleaning and it looks like those guys were here yesterday .. by far the best carpet cleaning i had!”

“Regardless of where I go, what I buy, and what I do.... I tell it like it is! Whether it's negative or positive, it's important that I tell the truth! This laundromat is average... However, when I showed up right before closing with wash that I did not do there and needed to dry, the couple that cleans the place, cheerfully allow me to use their dryers and waited for me to make sure my clothes were dry before they even left!! I WILL ALWAYS go to this laundromat! Customer service means everything to me!!!”

“This is a great laundry mat. It’s very clean and interiorly appealing. What keeps me coming back is the staff, staff like Tina. Tina was very nice and easy to talk to. I had my 8 month old son in a stroller and she was very helpful. She repeatedly checked in on me and asked me if there was anything I needed. Coins aren’t required and you can start a tab and pay at the end with debit/credit card which is pretty convenient. I highly recommend.”
