“Great experience. The office was crowded but tightly run with a knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful staff. I was in and out in about a half-hour to convert my driver's license to a Real ID. Some tips that worked for me: Do as much as you can in advance online. Fill out and electronically submit any applications and make an appointment if feasible. Be prepared with the paperwork required and your reservation QR code handy for quick processing. Payment is required on the spot and they do not take credit cards. Bring cash, a check or a debit card. Even with an appointment, get there ahead of time. The parking situation can be tight. I spent about 15 minutes cruising the lot before grabbing an open space. I can see it easily being longer during peak hours (I had a late morning, mid-week appointment).”

She did not even look up, when I walked up only uttered sign-in. Then she was very sarcastic in her answers to two people. One an older lady thatvwas having a hard time getting signed it .
