“This was the first time that I have visited this establishment. The place was super friendly, the place was very clean with plenty of seating. I enjoyed the French Dip sandwich, plus the tater tots I ordered. They have plenty of TV screens able to play any games for the sports enthusiast. With a selection of beers and the popular soda and juices or teas to choose from, this restaurant seems to be the ideal spot for a meal day or night. I enter the location near closing time but unlike most fast food restaurants, I wasn't rushed or nor did I feel that they were even trying to make me leave. FINALLY, an establishment that believes in customer service. The only reason for the 4 instead of a 5 was two fold. First my order was fairly simplistic so fairly difficult to get my order wrong or make the meal tasteless. The second reason was I took the meal to go and was not able to rate the service.”

“Love Jersey Mike's! I was so happy when they opened it in our area. Really, great sandwiches-really fresh and delicious. The bread is great, and the way they make it is what makes it special. They get the details right. You can order "Mike's Way" which I recommend(olive oil and vinegar etc). There is a really delicious relish that you can have on your sandwich that you'll love. The portion is pretty large so I can only finish half lol. 100x better than the competitor. By far my favorite sandwich place in the Granada Hills area.”

“My driver, Cuahutemoc from this store, made my bad day a lot better. Today was rough for me and my family. We ordered pizza so we didn't have to go out. When it arrived, I dropped my cheesy bread after he had handed it to me and made a total mess. I sighed and told him this was just the kind of day I've been having. My family ate the other food and what was left of the cheesy bread, and just as I was cleaning up I heard the doorbell. I went to the door and was surprised to see that he had come back with a replacement cheesy bread. I am so touched and grateful that he went out of his way to fix my problem. I would give him at least 10/5 stars if I could.”
