“We usually used to put just the bad things about customers service, here is mine. I had a trouble in the beginning, reschedule 2 appointments and finally the third the run put with the part they need it for my car, anyway it’s easy to get upset and mad but Roger took care of the situation very professionally and his team solved everything in less than I thought, they had a lot of troubles in the beginning but I’m satisfied with the job, that’s the most important, I’ll give 5 start for the effort they made to compensate the lost time and quick and efficient job, thanks guys”

I spent all day loading my storage and it would much more convenient to be able to ride the elevator with my stuff rather than having to climb the stairs with every load.”

“We dropped off our one-way trailer rental at this location. The lady was able to guide us through the after-hours drop off process over the phone. UHaul has a great app for this purpose. The lot was clean, easily maneuverable, with clear signage. The drop off was simple and painless with the app. Overall we were very happy!”
