“The ladies in the office are outstanding when it comes to the customer service they seem to always remember mine & other customers by first name and storage unit number. Even if I'm just walking in to pay a bill or calling over the phone. These ladies are very experienced and versed at what they do. They all have been at this location for many years. I've never been treated unfairly. They even don't mind that I really access all of the amenities and services that they offer like photo copying and the use of the computer in the business office room. They are even reasonable when I keep communication with them about an expected delay of payment. All four of these employees are outstanding individuals with Great Customer service. OH and the OWNER is also just half as Nice. But hopefully if he reads this wonderful review, he would contemplate giving these great ladies a RAISE or even a NICE BONUS !!!
