“Sean and his team helped me with my move this past weekend. They were extremely professional and also very patient. One of my large furniture pieces ended up being quite the hassle to move, and honestly, I did not hear or feel any negativity from them about the unexpected inconvenience. They were so patient. Everything was moved without damage. Also, once at the new apartment, the same large piece of furniture (large IKEA wardrobe) caused more issues, and their problem solving skills were impressive and saved me some money. He was professional and listened to me so we worked with in my budget & time frame. The Forman Windsor was a nice guy from Canada, he was very professional and respectful. They did a great job packing all of my items. They have a cool inventory scanning system so you can see the pictures of your items when picked up and when delivered. They communicated with me well. I also got a 300 discount to move my move date one day Which I was completely fine with because I cared more about saving then the day. I wrote review because promised Dylan & Arthur ( Arthur is the sale Manager) That would write review after if everything went good. It went better than good. “My mom made the decision to move into an assisted living facility and they were able to get her in within two weeks. Thankfully, we were able to secure Gentle Transitions for the move because I’m convinced it couldn’t have happened without them! Gloria and Toni came within days to identify the items for the move. They had already visited the senior center and had the floor plan so they knew what would fit and as they walked through the house. They measured items my mom wanted to take and made insightful suggestions as to which additional pieces would be useful in the new floor plan. They even grabbed items from different rooms that complemented her choices to take her new arrangement to the next level. In 2 hours, they had scoured the 3000+ square-foot home and had the new floor plan identified. They showed up the next week at 8 AM and by 3 PM, we had my mom completely unpacked, to include pictures on the wall. The attention to detail they showed was remarkable: which mattress went on which bed, if the beds were made to her liking, if her recliner was in the right spot, if a table lamp looked better on that table or another, etc. They felt like family and their professionalism completely put my mom’s mind at ease during an extremely emotional and stressful transition. That's where Mee's stepped up and saved the day. I called the shop on a Friday afternoon and Drew took the call. He got his crew together and I had my stuff at the house first thing Sunday morning. Steven and Charles oversaw the deliver and had all of our 3 bedroom home unloaded and placed in only 2 hours. They were quick and very efficient.
