Not only were they prompt in answering my inquiry and emails, they called me to go over details of what we needed and explained their pricing thoroughly before committing to the job. The guys showed up exactly on time the morning of the move, immediately walked the house with us to get a clear idea of what was being moved, and communicated their plan to us. There were a few pieces of furniture that they had to take apart and they made sure to attach any small pieces to the furniture to keep it all together and not lose anything, and they were super quick at taking it apart and putting it back together in the new house. They know exactly what they’re doing to get the job done fast and efficiently. Everything was wrapped and protected so it was in the same condition when it arrived to our new place.
