“I consistently use pallet world because of the great customer service. We do our mulch through them and it is always delivered on time if not earlier. The mulch is there is the best that I’ve been able to find around town. I normally get a good two seasons out of it. I also utilize the indoor storage facility which is always kept very clean and is super convenient. The storage facility is gated but you receive a personalized passcode to drive in. All around good experiences with pallet world!”

“This facility is a bit tight to get in and out of as a truck driver if you have a longer wheelbase. But it's manageable. Staff here is friendly and quick, so long as you follow the directions on the signs out front and look like you know what you're doing. Check in at the office, get turned around, and wait for them to come out and load/unload you. It's that simple. I love hauling PACKRATS because they are easy and quick.”
