“My family rented out our house to a man who clearly didn't give a care and sublet it to a group of people who did care, but could not do anything about the damage being done. After that group left he sublet to a guy who clearly did NOT care and by the time we went to look at the rental it had upwards of 50k worth of damage! The ENTIRE house needed a COMPLETE overhaul. It was heartbreaking to see not only the house I grew up in destroyed but the DEVASTATION the entire episode brought on to my 80+ year old mother. She trusted this creep and was burned-badly. We were referred to A-Z from a mutual concerned party and honestly at this point I could not imagine trusting ANYONE with our house. Imagine my surprise to find the GM friendly and personable who truly seemed sympathetic to our predicament. He gave us great prices and quality work. It turned out that they really do have a person for every job from flooring to painting! The work was completed in a timely fashion with only a few hiccups along the way. It was clear from the start that they cared deeply about customer satisfaction. I had left my drill battery at the house and it likely got caught up in the trash somehow. Aldo was super apologetic and gave me a complete drill set without a moments hesitation. The work was beautifully done and the few things that weren't were quickly made right. I am thinking about getting my moms kitchen re-done at her condo-I will not hesitate to call A-Z for the work. Good job guys. Robbi M”
