“Staff is always polite and courteous And the few times I've have to return or exchange something I have never had any problems... Also when I have showed up to minutes before close, they were more than accommodating.. With the good there is always some bad.. i dont know if its California City, or the incompetency of the pharmacy staff, but in the 5-years I've been going to Rite Aid, they have only been able to fill my prescription twice. And it has not changed in the last decade. They are unwilling to order it in and once they even told me they had it, so I drove the 50miles from my Dr. Office to their pharmacy only to be told they didnt have it. So i had to make an additional 80+Mile around trip because someone there was too lazy to check their physical inventory.”
