“I'm never disappointed after visiting Autozone in surprise off Reems. However, today was the first time I felt extremely valued as a customer. There's been a bit of a change in customer service there, and it's definitely for the better. It was good before, but today it was great. Nelson and his associates put forth the effort to understand my issues with my vehicles and went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed to get them up and running. Today was also the first time I needed to use a warranty provided by Autozone and I was very pleased in how smooth the whole process was.
