My sexond one to correct the problem that never took so after the last surgery i am now with four f@ke discs and I am gonna get more of the pool therapy because they can help me with the mobility and let me be more.flexible and the right exercises that will help with a lot of issues that is going to help with the pain and the water is the best way to help with a recoveey of less resists witj with the water therapy.. There all the Best i would recommend it for anyone who has been thru a few but no releaf or something that is going to work and they are the Best and only placw id recommend to anyone who asked me about the place where I know has been the best way to help with a tissue and I am gonna get more of the therapy that im a firm believer in.”

“I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy exercising outdoors. Olga is a very attentive instructor, she has her own style which I love and the music is always chill and puts you in the mood. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up because we’ve been sheltering in place for so long, luckily she encourages everyone to go at their own pace and eventually you build up your strength. She is very insightful and knows what type of sequences each body type needs. I have been going for a few weeks now and am noticing the results. Because it is at the park I bring my kids who are able to play close by while I workout. It’s all very COVID cautious, she attained a permit from the city to instruct at the park, she brings sanitizer for all and of course everyone wears a mask until we step on our mats and begin working out and we all keep a distance from one another once we are on our spots. I would highly recommend taking this class with Olga. I see it as investing in my health and most of all SANITY!”
