He offered to adjust the thermostat but this is a low cost 6 yr old heater from Home Depot and I didn't trust it. So even though I appreciated the offer to adjust I asked for it to be replaced. Nick had the part on the truck and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Collier and I am sold. They are now my plumber company of choice. “Shawn was not sure if the job was going to take all day or not. He was afraid that he would need to break out a portion of the wall. In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I call that service!!! Shawn was able to loosen the rusted pipes and in about two hours, I heard the water in the kitchen sink and the disposal running!! Jose Munoz is friendly, down to earth, and you can tell that the prices that he's giving you are fair and honest (which is a big thing for me). I honestly looked up prices for the service before he came, and when he told me the quote on fixing my issue, it was perfectly in the middle between the lowest cost and highest cost.
