Justin was the technician who actually came to do the work, and he was excellent. He was very informative and as he was working he gave me tips about the plumbing in my house and how to fix some things myself. The price estimate from for the water heater was $2000 cheaper than the estimate I was given by Bonfe plumbing. When all the work was done, the total price was right in the middle of the estimate they gave me at the start. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the price. “5 stars isn't enough for Chris and his awesome team!!! In the past month,I have needed the service of Emergency Response Plumbers twice, once at our business location and the other at our personal residence. While that would normally be a nightmare in itself, I am pleased to say that both situations were handled quickly and efficiently, thanks to Chris and his hard-working crew! At our business location, we were hosting a large event and had a couple hundred people in attendance at the time,when the ladies room toilet became clogged. I called ERP around 7pm and by 8pm, the problem was fixed completely, the bathroom cleaned up and back in use! I don't think any of our guests even knew there was an issue at all! Last night, we had a plumbing emergency at home...while someone was showering in one bathroom, the water was not draining properly and became backed up in the other bathroom, leaking huge amounts of water all over the house. It turns out that the drain that goes out from the house to "the street" had gotten clogged over time, from tree roots that grew into the ground pipes, and water was backing up into the house in an awful way. Chris sent George over right away, and he quickly cleared/cleaned the major clog with a drain snake, even sending down a camera for closer inspection of the root damage. All of my interactions with this business have been easy, professional and pleasant! I am so thankful to know that I can rely on them! And I highly recommend Chris and his team for any and all of your plumbing needs!!!”

“Use this guy! Harry is amazing! He is quick to respond, is honest about the work that needs to be done, his prices are comparable to other companies, is on time, communicates very well, and ACTUALLY DOES GREAT WORK! We had a main sewer line issue. We had several plumbers out before I called Harry, and it wasn't until the third company came out that we found we had a separation in our sewer line. I called around for quotes, and all the companies fell around the same estimate. One company was incredibly pushy, one company appeared completely incompetent, and then there was Harry at Pacific Plumbing. I come from a family of small business owners, and I like to support other small businesses. The fact that the owner is the contact person, comes out for the estimate, and actually does the work is awesome. The fact that he is friendly and down to earth, just an added bonus. I know our repair was not an easy one, but Harry coordinated with everyone very well so the major project only took a couple days from beginning to end. I was expecting it to take much longer to remove our driveway, replace the line, and have the new driveway poured. I definitely recommend calling these guys if you need a plumber!
