“Like other comments, I was also got referred by AHS home warranty. My water heater was broken and Mario was dispatched to inspect and do the replacement. I think he is professional and did his job well. In the inspection, he answered my questions and taught me how to diagnose a water leak issue. In the water heater replacement, he followed the protocols and did his job efficiently. I don’t see any communication issues talking with him. According to my personal experience with him, I think Mario is authentically good and professional. He deserves some encouragement and gratefulness.”

“We just purchased our home and knew there was a leak on the water heater hose. After about 24 hours of being in the house, it turned into a fountain. Being Sunday, we turned the water off and scrambled to find someone to help, as we didn’t have the proper tools to fix it ourselves. We called and left a message. Charles called back in less than two hours. He was here 30 minutes later, he warned us on the phone that it would cost double time being Sunday. He was here less than an hour and offered to look at a few other things we had mentioned would need attention. He checked out our mysterious leak on the outside wall of our kitchen. He said it was most likely a busted pipe and he could be back Tuesday morning to fix it, so that we weren’t paying for double time. He came back Tuesday morning as agreed, he was here for about an hour and a half, the pipe was fixed. We were happy with the job and the price. I was hesitant to call after reading the reviews, but we had no issues. We are very happy with the service that was provided to us.”

We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. “I had the best experience with this company than any other service companies in the past! They put in an entirely new AC & duct system for me during a horrific heat wave! Dylan & Rene worked in the attic putting in a new duct system & Phillip & Stone worked for almost 12 hours installing the new AC unit. It was 107 outside & 95 in the house with a lot of humidity. “Water backed up into the first floor's shower drains. Fernando was able to address the issues the same day we called. He was on time, responsive, and professional. He was able to snake the main line via the cleanout port and get a camera in there to identify the cause of the clog. The camera showed that there were roots in the main line (spots marked by red X in the photos). The roots probably caught enough waste to cause a clog and backed up the water into our shower drains. Everything was taken cared of within 1.5 hours. Overall, it was a good experience. Fernando also provided some tips for prevention as well as other options to address the roots (for additional costs, that we did not pursue at this time).”

“Jack answered my call on a Sunday and came to diagnose my issue within 30 minutes. Jack took the time to explain the issue and repairs would be needed. He was on time for the repair appointment, professional and did exactly what was promised and more. He left everything cleaner than when he came. The previous plumber quoted an amount two times higher than Jack and wrapped off a list of potential things that could also add additional costs.
