“I had another plumber come the night before after waiting for him to show up at 6pm, he came at 9pm. Once he was here I felt the price he was trying to charge me was way to be much. I thanked him for finally showing up and send him on his way. Then I called Carlos. From the first call he was very responsive. I called that same night and he arrived the next afternoon. He even sent me a google map link to follow him as he made his way to my house, which I thought was really helpful. Carlos explained my options and then got to work unclogging the drain under my house that was causing a back up in my shower and toilet. I'm glad I called him, he was very professional, responsive and reasonable. The next time I have a plumbing issue, Carlos will now be my go to. I would recommend him to friends and family.
