“Sunday afternoon I noticed a leak near my water main. I called Ramon he told me he would come out after he finishes the house he is working. He also informed me it might be the city side of the main or if I’m responsible for the leak. It was almost 6 pm and he showed up I didn’t expect that especially being on a Sunday he kept his Word. He showed me exactly the spot of the leak unfortunately it was on my side of the property. He didn’t have the parts needed for the job to be done correctly he did what he could but told me Monday morning he would be back and finish. I went to work Monday morning and found He was already here fixing the leak. Very few people keep their Word and Ramon is one of those. Thanks again.”

“I used their service when referred by Fidelity Home Warrant. Kevin was very prompt on giving call at 8 am and letting me know when his technician (Joe) will be coming in. Joe knows his job well and he identified water line leakage issue in less than a minute , replaced the line and done with job in 15 minutes. Very clean and professional. He didn't stop there, but speculated if it has to do with water pressure as these issues are not common. He went and checked water pressure and found PVR has an issue and it is no more regulating water pressure. He and Kevin co-ordinated with warranty company and got approval for PVR replacement, got part from their inventory store and replaced it. Joe found issue with cartridge too caused by high water pressure. Kevin jumped in and got those cartridge in no time and replaced them. Both Joe and Kevin went above and beyond and helped us resolve the problem in no time. I really appreciate your efforts guy. I know whom to call for my plumbing needs going forward! Thanks.”

Our plumbing is likely 1970's era and he was able to replace all of our angle valves and replace 3 faucet sets in one visit. I would recommend him for any plumbing task. The reason I did not choose "good value" about the business is because I am a renter and my landlords handled the estimates and the costs from the plumbers who gave an estimate for the work.
