So calm, so informed, professional, and a great sense of humor. Victor, Esteban and Adrian did a fabulous job replacing the pipe. And Gabriel and Patrick finished the job. These guys were out to my house very soon after I called with the emergency. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. And when they left my house, you would never know they had been there. “By far the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company. I cannot tell you enough about Vladimir from Arlan Plumbing. Our water heater went at night a few weeks ago and Vladimir went above and beyond and stayed as late as he needed to to install a new one. Once it was determined that our existing water heater was beyond repair, he called around and figured out where he could pick up a new one and by himself dismantled the old one and replaced it with a new one. He made sure that everything was safe and completely up to code. His work is also meticulous and our laundry room actually looked cleaner after he left. “We had a great experience shopping for a refrigerator at Pasadena Kitchens. Our old one had been acting up so we felt we needed to move quickly. We had been to two other appliance stores and found it frustrating. Because of the tight space for the refrigerator in our kitchen cabinetry and the restricted space between the island and the pantry it was very difficult to find a refrigerator that was not too deep, too wide, or too tall. Our sales person at PK had a software which gave you choices when you plugged in the required dimensions. She was busy when I called, but got back to me. She found a refrigerator that would work in the stainless steel finish we wanted. And she made special arrangements to pick it up at the distributor so it could be delivered on Wednesday morning which was super helpful. Another store had one that might work, but said that it would take 30 days which did not work at all. The installer arrived during the time window that had been promised. The install went well. The sales person at PK was by far the most informed and helpful of any retailer we tried. She went above and beyond to make things happen for us. I can't recommend the store highly enough.”
