“We were greeted by a African-American Man, he was super chill and got the process done fast. If you see him working the front then you know you're gonna have no hassle (he could be owner). Only, thing is that this is the first Authorized Shipcenter that I've been to that charges you $2.50 for them putting your label on the box, But that doesn't really matter to me. I recommend this place if you're trying to ship a package :). Just be aware if you ship things thru apps like Mecari or whatever, you will have to email the Label so make sure you send the label to his email address”

“I have been a native to Redlands for more than thirty years. Stacey is a fantastic post master! I did not have to stand in line forever, which was nice, therefore was granted immediate assistance! Several years ago, my brother completely revamped the outside grounds of this particular site. He reconstructed the bench, replanted all new flowers, plants, shrubs, pulled the weeds, added all new gravel to the walk path, and even went to the extent to plant grass. We even pruned the surrounding trees. This was a rather extensive project nonetheless. I will be honest! It is a shame to see the grounds all go to waste, simply due to neglect!!!!!!”

The window clerk Mary that usually handles package pick ups always makes it a very pleasurable experience. So much so that I recently moved to the city next door but i still come here because of the grade A service I get from Mary and all the other clerks. This is the only post office that Ive seen actually have a window an clerk specifically for PO box pick ups (#1) and its amazing.”

While this location is busy, it is still much faster to go here than the one on Alessandro that seems to be a half hour wait no matter when you go.”

“To be honest, I was hesitant to take my parents to get their passports to this locations due to many negative reviews. Overall I had a great experience starting with Nate the 1st clerk. He was nice ,informative and had patience with other people. We arrived before 9am and out by 9 :40am which was not bad because we process two passports. The Clerk Yvette had great customer service . The supervisor/manager was nice and was helping with the flow which made the process run smooth and a bit faster. I can only comment on the personnel I came in contact with . Good Luck!”
