“The five star rating is only for THE EMPLOYEES at this specific Post Office location. I do understand that thy're doing the best job they can with what they have, which is nothing unfortunately. I don't understand why this location is always understaffed. I feel bad when I come in watching the 2-3 people handle all the mailing and packaging services on top of all the people who come in with mailbox issues and mailbox key issues. The hours at this location are the most ridiculous hours I have ever heard of! If you can visit the Post Office in Sun City off of Cherry Hills Blvd I would recommend you do that. They open at 8:30 am and close at 5:00 pm. Now those are realistic business hours!”

Compared to other post offices this one is not busy and there prices for a pi box are very affordable. “I mail from here quite often due to my work proximity and they do great job at this location. I don't know their names but everyone I dealt with was very helpful. One time I brought a package for drop-off and lady noticed that I mixed up "To:" and "From:" addresses. She literally saw it from two counters away. They quickly fixed that for me by cutting and re-taping addresses. Just went there yesterday and the guy was walking through waiting line and making sure everyone's package/mail was correctly prepared for shipping.”
