Just Friday, one of the staff was patiently explaining what the return address was. It was clear the young person there was not familiar with a return address or why it was important. She wasn't snarky or surprised, she just had him go back and fill it out. It is nice to have a smaller local office so you don't have to drive so far. I appreciate the staff.”

“I relocated from Texas here too cali and yes they are very rude, I wanted too purchase a po box, called the voters registration office and was informed I could use the top card that had my name address and voters number, well the girl at the window asked the supervisor and said I said no you have too have the voters card, I'm like ma'am the voters register said I could and she is on the phone, she argued with the the register , so i got back on the phone and the lady said that they will be reported , I had too let my daughter purchase the box for me then I paid 108 dollars for a box so small I don't even think large mail could fit, but yes they definitely need too be replaced, the mail carrier also when he delivered my daughter package I ordered for her he placed it on the top of the mail boxes in her apt complex and someone took the package and it said deliver too the person and they sign and show theirID, it was dresses that cost 250 dollars now their being replaced by the company but they have too pay the company,back but told the company that it was delivered but how they got caught in the lie was because no signature and no picture , i reported too the post master and nothing was done too the post man about it,,Amen”

“I have lived in 23 different states in 34 years. Within those 23 states I have lived in multiple counties; this means I have experienced more than my fair share of various USPS locations.. some good, others not. This USPS location however, I have never in my entire life experienced such diligent and sincere customer service than I have here.. not just referring to USPS customer service either, but in general. I am recovering from an experimental surgery and these people went above and beyond to ensure that a solution is formulated as quickly as possible for me. This wasn't a quick one conversation fix either. Throughout the day the Young Miss (so sorry I don't remember your name Curly Blonde Hair Miss but if you read this then please comment it so others know) continued to contact me via my cell phone throughout the day to update me and ask my position and perspective in certain things to see if any of the latest updates or info offered a viable solution for me. Once we settled on a solution the Postmaster himself went out of his way to bring me my package and also the Postal delivery driver (who I never got to meet) was covering two routes and STILL coordinated with the other USPS employees after getting a flat tire to still try and contribute towards a solution that works for me. Almost has me in tears because I am truly SO overwhelmed by how wonderful and pleasant and considerate these people were. Thank you all for everything and I sincerely wish all of you, my absolute best.”

“It's good the people are friendly and if you forget your keys and show some identification they will get your mail for you that's pretty good it saves a trip back to the house so yeah you can get your mail 24/7 if it's in your box. And if you have a package it can be in a lock box in the key will be in it so you can open it. Old Uncle Sam takes care of us as a matter of fact he likes me so much I had my 18th birthday in boot camp I love my country and the people in it that's all I got to say about that.”
