The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented on nice black dishes. The egg rolls were nice, crispy and delicious. As well as a nice portion size. The service was great and the servers were friendly and accommodating. LOVED the experience at this beautiful restaurant. I have already referred a friend and will definitely recommend to others. “This place is underrated and should deserve more "LIKE"! Very authentic family style Japanese Kappo restaurant. This place is very small but it is very comfortable inside. I highly recommend the grilled oyster, sushi, sashimi, black cod and the signature chirashi bowl. Their sashimi is very fresh and the chirashi bowl is worth the price. The restaurant is located inside a small plaza next to the famous Japanese Nagomi Cake house. Quick tips: This place will take some time to prepare your foods. Just chill and be patient.”

“I treated my mother to pizza tonight and we were both incredibly pleased with Speakeasy Pizza! Amazingly tasty food. We got the Cheesemonger pizza and we loved it! I have not had a pizza this good in years. I highly recommend it. There are 2 pizza locations in the same building, ran by best friends from what I have been told. Dino runs Dinos Pizza at the front entrance. And I think his name was Jay(I am terrible w/names), who runs Speakeasy pizza out of the side door of the same building(follow the signs). Since I was allergic to seafood, checked out Yelp and saw the Village Pizza and read the reviews. We came early and got a table al fresco. Ordered a cup of the tomato brisque soup, fried zuchinni and a small Village Special pizza. Boy! Where we not disappointed! Crust was crunchy and thin (just the way I like it) and toppings were generous. To add more spice on the pizza, I tried their own brand of chili oil. Not too spicy and went really well instead of them chili flakes. Will we come back? Most definitely!”
