Let’s note it was raining that day. The egg rolls were made fresh and they were packed with meat and veggies, not the traditional noodle. This dish wasn’t my favorite because the taste was not up to par, yet it could be someone else’s favorite. I did like my pho, and with the mom and pop feel of this place, made the dish even more enjoyable on a rainy cloudy day. My boyfriend ordered a traditional Vietnamese dish of rice, eggs, beef, and crab. He finished his dish so that says a lot lol.”

“Down home cooking and service! As soon as you enter Felix's you are greeted with a Hello and Menu's if you are eating in. I had a Sweet tea and cornbread on the table in about 5 minutes after I was seated. The two lady's served us and made sure we had enough to eat and drink. We had Pulled pork , Chicken and Beef sandwiches that looked like dinner portions. Very generous on the food and it came out nice and hot. Well Done!”

We both enjoyed the food forward experience of the restaurant — simple ambiance and low intervention service. The entire menu was a 2 hour service, and by the end, we were completely satiated and full to the brim but not stuffed beyond believe. Bottles of wine ranged from ca. $65 - $120 and glasses of wine were ca $18 - $25. Gratuity was automatically included in the final bill. I recommend this place highly for a special occasion out and those ready to spend $200+ on unique dinner”

It's definitely worth getting your server to talk through a few choices. The drinks come in fun glasses too! There is seating inside and out, with some additional at the rear under an awning basically in the carpark- not for everyone and it certainly lacked a bit of ambience versus the front or inside of the bar. It could do with a fan as well! The stand out thing for me was our server- the 'pickle guy'. Such excellent knowledge, banter and jokes- it really made our visit fun. He's very very good at his job! “I like this old fashioned burger joint very much. The burgers are not greasy and the veggies are very fresh. I typically go with the turkey burger option which is very good as well. The buns are high quality which include a heavy topping of sesame seeds. Try the sweet potatoe fries and a more healthy option to your comfort food meal. I order mine with no salt as they are quite flavorful as is. The hotdogs are very good as well and are of high quality. I assume they are of the Casper Hotdog brand or something very similar. Don't sleep on the varies sausages either as they are delicious. Looking for something with a bit of ethnic flare? The Gyros are great. The owners are very friendly. The wait is short even when it's quite busy. The environment is always clean and orderly. The customers are always respectful and courteous. Even during the after school hours the kids dining there, while obviously enjoying themselves, are careful not to be too loud. Suffice it to say it's a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Did I mention the food is really good?”
