“Ember and Rye is our local, special events venue. We have never been disappointed and today was no exception. We celebrated my husbands birthday and it was exceptional. The perfectly prepared rib eye for him, the newly added Chilean Sea Bass for me. Both dishes were delicious and the spicy broccoli, creamy potatoes and the crab cake starter were just scrumptious. The service was as always, attentive, courteous and professional. We love living so close to this lovely venue and will be here again very soon!”

“The employees are great, but this Starbucks is unfortunate in that the parking lot entries and exits to the roads are difficult. Both of the roadways are one-way exits which require u turns. In addition, one of the entryways is narrow and not really two-cars wide, so people often drive in the dirt on one side. However, it’s incredibly nice to have a spot to grab coffee in that area.”

“This is a restaurant that out family frequent very regularly. They're a little small inside but pack a punch. Great service and food. Love their Hokkaido Scallop along with the various sushi and sashimi. The salmon combination is great too. Poke or sashimi salad is a hit. They load up on the tuna and salmon. She was even nice enough to ask if we would like the TVs turned on, in the section we sat. She greeted us with a big smile, and really made us feel welcomed! She was so friendly! We were seated, and had the absolute BEST waitress ever!! Her name was MARIA!! She was outstanding!! She went above, and beyond to make sure our dinner was fantastic!! She was very friendly, had a beautiful smile on her face all the time, she was very attentive, and checked on us often, she made sure drinks were always full, and made sure to ask how everything was throughout our meal, and if we needed anything. She was very patient, and welcoming. She made our family feel so comfortable, and valued as guests here! She was quick to take our drink, appetizer, and food order. We never needed anything, she was on it! She brought out our food, and drinks quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. She was so sweet, happy, and nice! You can sure tell Maria takes great pride in her job, and her customers! She was truly AMAZING, and such a pleasure to be around! We hope when we return, we are lucky enough to have Maria as our waitress again! She was really the best, great waitress, great personality, and she was always working hard! If not at our table, she was attending to others in her section, cleaning tables, doing it all. We never had to look for her, or want for anything during our visit. She made our night! “Fantastic Cafe on Gaffey St. San Pedro is by far my favorite burger joint, including all of gourmet burger places too. Yes taste do count and yes they are good. But one key plus of this specific Fantastic Cafe place for me is the manner of workers. Fantastic Cafe workers are so nice, warm welcoming, and patient that it’s hard not to think positive about the whole chain. If you are with toddlers, they go extra miles, let you choose off-menu a la carte, and even suggest variations. They make sure that they can make the food that babies will eat!!! In terms of food, obviously I always eat double cheeseburger combo. But I do see a lot of people eat chili verde dinner plate as well :) Lastly, if you are coming from north of Gaffey street, make sure you turn on the second right into the parking lot. The first one is exit only, where drive thru cars come out.”

“I was excited to try out this new spot called every table in Chatsworth, California off of Mason. They recently opened back in August of this year is what I was told. As soon as you walked in, it was so inviting I love the paintings on the walls and the pictures. I love the set up although you cannot warm up the hot items they have available for you to purchase, you're able to at least take part in enjoying some of the salads in the cold items and you can sit down and eat there if you would like or you could take it to go. They also have delivery options available through their company so they don't use like a Uber or a Lyft company DoorDash. They have their actual drivers that can deliver to your home fresh meals. The goal is for you to be healthy at affordable prices. You could pick up and go just like you would do any fast food place. The portions are large: I used to buy quesadillas and it was enough for 2-3 times for me. The food is tasty, but quite oily though, a lot of calories! This time we ordered a club sandwich, paid around 14 usd, we shared for 2 and it was more than enough food for both of us. I lacked a salad on the side because, as said, the food is quite oily and heavy. Otherwise the service is fast and polite, no problems with the order. Overall, a great place to visit!”
