It doesn't look like much from the street but once you get inside this restaurant is special. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and really try to make your meal as amazing as possible. This really has become my favorite restaurant. Everything is so good and they give you so much for your money which is rare these days. That's why whenever I can I choose start with edamame, miso soup, then sushi, sashimi, tempura, salmon or a classic bento box . Many weekends we go to different areas of the bay, Capitola is one of my favorites, especially in summer. We go to this restaurant for dinner, the atmosphere is incredible. They have many tables inside a very spacious room, there are always nice people, I love the decoration the quality of the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable . They have vegetarian options and a good tea selection. The staff is friendly, professional the service is fast. I highly recommend this place for a fun moment with great food.”

“I was looking for someone or some place that makes panipopo and panikeke. My pastor put me on to Poly Grill. They certainly lived up to their reputation. It was really easy to place my order for panipopo and peach pies by phone. A deposit was required so I paid by CashApp. I asked if there was a possibility of picking it up early. The lovely young lady said she would call me when it's ready. True to her word, she did. I got there right beforr closing time. One of the reasons I love Poly people is because of their hospitality and generosity. They threw in some extra desserts. That was so surprising and much appreciated. They also loaded everything in my car. Everyone at the party tonight raved about how delicious both desserts were. Their panipopo is not too sweet, perfectly fluffy and coconut creamy. We had two chefs present that kept asking "Who made this? This is so delicious. Where are they located?" Thanks to the hook up, the fire dancer (only Poly person at the party) was able to take home her own trays. Excellent customer service and food to match? I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.”

The only way to ensure quantity is to stay away from the plates and bowls, and go with the containers. This can be a good place, the food will always taste the same regardless of the time or day. “Great Place to have a desserts. I tried Cream Puff tasting was sweet but not to sweet, purenperfection. I also tried the chocolate macaroons which was perfect chocolate, I also tried the deal of 5 mochis which were delicious. The Jasmine milk Tea was not as well as some others it was warm and tasted watering.Place was clean and well organized. The bathroom were clean besides the toilet. At first when I enter the place it smell like sweat but then after a little it smelled better. The person who attend us ,the cashier she was forgetful ,not focused and seem like she didn't know how to do her job. Other than that it was pretty amazing! I would recommend this place but need better cashiers! Ice cream was super delicious and wonderful. I am so going back here!”

“Great southern style food with big portions! Our server informed us that they make only a certain amount of pot pies each day. We were lucky enough to order one. When we went to order more pot pies as to-go orders they told us they had already sold out for the day. Definitely coming back to get those pot pies! Their pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. They were almost the size of the plate. We left super stuffed and satisfied! Coming back to visit!”

“Came here on a Tuesday evening during dinner hours. The place wasn't too packed though it got busier as time progressed. There's not really much to say about their service. Any In N Out you go to the people are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is consistently good. I'm glad Visalia has 2 locations. When there was one the lines were long, and I never bothered going. Wait time is short now. However, many of the tables weren't cleaned. Not sure if it's due to short staffing during the pandemic, but I couldn't find many clean tables. Overall always a great experience. My go-to is a #1 with Animal Style fries. Just clean the tables.”
