“Decided to check out Michael’s for Sunday NFL, and we’re so glad we did! Enough TVs to see every game from every seat. The other patrons (many teams represented) were definitely engaged/good humored but not too rowdy (several families with kids were there). Our server Grace was AMAZING! Super attentive/friendly/speedy service despite it being a packed house. The food was fantastic as well. They also have a nice area for pool, air hockey, shuffleboard, and darts for those not interested in watching sports. So glad we found this local gem! Highly recommend!”

“Three words... CHEAP. MEXICAN. FOOD. Enough said! As I was heading for some wine tasting on the afternoon of 6/26/2021, I stumbled across a place that I did not expect on my adventure to no man's land. This was none other than "Tacos Jesus Maria". Located in the small community of Esparto, CA, this little taco truck is directly on Fremont St. and adjacent to Woodland Ave. (which is essentially Highway 16). The parking itself can be a true hit or miss as there is a convenient store nearby as well as other businesses within walking distance. Since I came here for one thing (which is their tacos) to get my belly filled up before wine tasting. The menu is no frills as they specialize in tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and tostadas. Since tacos are my go-to meal of choice, I ordered two of their "Carne Asada" ones. And at $2.00 each, these prices are unbeatable. Other food items that were very low in price were burritos that started at $4.00 and tostadas as just $3.25. Service was quick as my tacos were ready in less than 5 minutes; even with a long line. Overall, this is what a taco should taste and look like; two corn tortillas, a side of radishes, jalapeños, lime wedge, and salsa roja. The flavor itself is out of bounds amazing and a great little pit stop if you're passing through town or heading to nearby Cache Creek Indian Reservation. All in all, "Tacos Jesus Maria" is as good as it gets; they are open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7:30pm and closed on Sunday. My rating, a unanimous five stars.”

We usually get a plate, with noodles, then have the greens as an entree and another low calorie as our second option, like string bean chicken or broccoli beef. “I got some stir fry noodles and spring rolls (both vegetarian) here and enjoyed it in the pleasant ambience. I got my noodles crispy (soft would have made it more noodle-y) which I had never tried before and it was pretty good! Try their spring rolls with peanut sauce too, so satiating and equally delicious. We came on a weekend for lunch so it was quite packed and after we put our name on the waiting list it took another 15 min to be seated. That being said service is great in general. Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of vegetarian/vegan options so keep that in mind when coming here (hence 1 star off - how can there not be a single vegetarian/vegan pho?).”

“Stopped for a quick bite to go. I like that they have vegetarian and gluten-free options. I placed my order at the counter, was given a buzzer and waited outside for it to buzz. Once it did, I went to the other side of the restaurant to pick up. I ordered the Impossible Burger with gluten free bread and a lemonade. The lemonade was tart but not sweet enough for my liking. I wasn’t a fan of the gluten free bread. It normally comes with egg bread. The impossible burger was overcooked if that makes sense for a vegan patty but with ketchup it was okay.”

“Had a lovey date night here! We sat in their beautiful outside seating (with heat-lamps). It was so lovely to enjoy the view of the Hotel Del Coronado accompanied by the ocean.
