“As you can see, there's Mariachi music on Friday nights. The band starts at 8:30 and play until eleven. I had two drinks. Their margarita was good and they use fresh juice. I had a second drink and it was tasty but I don't have any idea what it was called. The bartender was making one for someone else and it looked good. It was delicious. The chips and salsa are freshly made. They serve food but I was there for the music.”

“This is a great little restaurant on a strip of others similar to it, but La Piedad beats all of them! My husband loves their chilaquiles with chile verde, and I can't get enough of the sopes. Small place, but very friendly/family vibes. They always have someone cleaning as soon as a person leaves their table, so never a crumb on the floor. The employees all wear masks 😷 and have a sign up in the restroom saying "all employees must practice Covid19 regulations." I would recommend this place to everyone I know! 😊”

Only downside was when ordering “to go”, I usually need napkins because I’m on the road…got none. Also, the temperature in their dining room must’ve been 85* at least. Too hot to enjoy food there if you ask me. I’d stop in again if driving by.”

“Newly opened Twisted Curries is fantastic. I used to frequent the past establishment quite often and haven’t been able to find anything comparable until now. Food portions are just right and the flavors are great. I especially love the fact that they ask you how spicy you’d like your food. I like mine Extra extra spicy while my kids dishes were nice and mild. The owners were very hospitable and a joy to speak with. After Covid, Every time we frequented that shopping center my kids would ask me if the Indian Restaurant would ever open back up and now there is one. Must go there.”

“I absolutely love this location in Norco, Ca right off the 15 at the Hidden Valley Pkwy exit of Chick-fil-A! So this location loves their customers, unlike my experience I have had at several other locations that all you have to do is look at my other reviews to find out the locations. But the salads I have had both times, did not disappoint either, so there food is consistent, its not just good one time is have been great both times!! The Spicy Southwest salad with chicken is the best! I love their creamy salsa dressing and also the creamy avocado ranch dressing! Have tried both dressings and can decide which one I like better, that's just how good they taste on this salad! Plus lots of toppings, the tomatoes, the chicken perfectly grilled and the corn and pepitos (I thinks that what they are called) that come in the package to add to the salad, YUMMY! Then to top if off with their Sunjoy Tea/Lemonade mix (almost like an Arnold Palmer) makes for the perfect meal for all you people out there that are a salad freak like I am! This location has the best salads for a fast food restaurant I have yet to come across, Since Culver's hasn't made it to this state yet!! “6/25/22 Today I had the Surf&Turf Burrito wet with salsa verde, this burrito is HUGE! Delicious and filling, don't eat too many chips or you might not finish it? 6/11/22 I tried the Camerones A La Plancha for lunch today, lots of delicious pan fried shrimp, rice and beans, salad and shredded lettuce. 6/4/22 We went there for dinner for the first time. I had the Chile Verde dinner, tender pork and lots of good food! 5/21/22 The Abondigas Soup is really good and tasty with 4 delicious meatballs. 5/8/22 The Birria really hit the spot on a cool spring day! This is a big, filling bowl of beef soup, lots of beef and with the delicious hand made tortillas no room for dessert! 4/24/22 The Super Tacos are just that and even better on Sundays when you can get them with the home made tortillas, they only make the tortillas on Sundays. Just to let every know this is a new restaurant that opened 10-11 months ago. Any reviews older than that seem to reflect the previous restaurant. 4/3/22 I had the street tacos, 4 different fillings, very good! Next time I'll try Super Tacos made with their own tortillas! The owner said that they could make the strret tacos with their own tortillas. 3/20/22 I tried the Carne En Su Jugo, a special dish from the owner's home state of Jalisco and it was delicious! It's a Beef Stew with Bacon, beans and some diced onions and avocado. It also came with some fresh tortillas. They showed me how they made them to order in the kitchen. See the pictures of the process that I took today. 3/13/22 I believe this is a new business that recently opened in place of another Mexican restaurant that closed during the pandemic? So any older reviews shouldn't reflect on El Tapense. 3/13/22 We like the place so much last Sunday that we came back to try some more items that caught our eye on their Menu! First up today was the Vegan Sopa Aztecs, wow, this is creamy and rich soup, more like a stew. Next up was the Abondigas Soup, perfect for a cool and cloudy day. I would order it again when I have had a chance to try other items from their Menu. Last but not least, making a return to the table was the Two Vegan Enchiladas! We can't wait to return next Sunday to try something else from the Menu and we might get to try some fresh house made tortillas! 3/6/22 Our first time eating here at El Talpense. We got there as they opened Sunday. We were drawn to trying out the food since their Menu was 7-8 pages total and included a page of Vegan items, plus everything you would hope to see on a menu for this Mexican restaurant! Single Tacos, Burritos, Huevos Rancheros to entrees and big Combo plates. I had the Chorizo Con Huevo, Al Pastor Taco, chips and guacamole. We have to go back next week to try more items from that big menu. I asked the owner if they are going to have a Vegan version of the Chorizo Con Huevo? They are working on it to get the results same as the one I had today!”

I got the Chicken Marsala with capellini noodles and pesto Alfredo sauce which was different from what I had expected but was sooooooooo good the sauce from both was awesome. “Great place to get seafood. I've been looking for a place to rival La Costa and I believe this place is it. Ordered (pictured) the large shrimp cocktail (cucumber, avocado and a ton of shrimp) was awesome (I belive the small cocktail is prepared slightly different). The Sailor (el marinero) tostada was yummo (tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, shrimp). Lastly, The shrimp ceviche which comes with 3 tostadas (best bang for your buck esp. if you want shrimp ceviche) & a michelada. The serve a generous amount of limón (limes) so you can add to taste. FYI: there was no AC when we went but it WASN'T 100° outside so we didn't mind & they do have Karaoke on Sundays & stop taking food ordered by 7:30ish no later than 7:45pm to close by 8pm.”

“Hands down my favorite enchiladas in OC. The rice is light and fluffy, beans are creamy and flavorful. Sauce and tortilla are perfectly cooked. Salsa has a nice kick to them. I just ate here the other day and I’m craving for them already. Service is fast and friendly. The margaritas are refreshing but on the light side of alcohol. There is always a wait. It’s a local spot and people from the neighborhood are always there. My best friend moved to Westminster/Huntington Beach area and still come here for enchiladas.”
