“I was there Thursday night after a long road trip. I was welcomed and greated professionally by Joanna, she was patient with me and answered my questions about the menu. She even offered a sample to taste as I was not sure about sides. She was humble and patient with me. And the order was made fast. Her extraordinary customer service first and food quality second were the reason I bought another larger dinner to go for my family even though I have to drive about 3 hrs North and my family and kids loved the surprise dinner. Note, my second order was taken by Sheldon a great man with a great personality and excellent customer service too. I am not a connoisseur by any measure, but I do enjoy a nice solid Americano with a splash of soy milk and cinnamon first thing in the morning, oftentimes when I'm walking. The staff knows who I am and on the rare occasion it's not just right, they fix it without a problem. So grateful for this experience so close to home.”
