I invited my girlfriend there as a surprise celebration of having been together six 6⃣ fabulous months, and she absolutely loved it! She asked me why I am being so nice to her, and I told her that it's because she deserves it -- as simple as that 😊. We shared a bottle of excellent wine 🍷, appetizers and entrees -- all cooked to perfection. The chef (Renaud ?) came out to greet us in person. We left super satisfied and we'll definitely go back. Basilic is now on my list of Google Maps Favorite places 😃.”

Probably the most affordable restaurant in Kings Beach. No indoor seating, however, they have a newly renovated outdoor patio experience. Directly across the street from Lake tahoe. But there's fun colorful lights and large screen TVs. It's casual and comfortable. The food is standard fare and nothing extraordinary but decent. Most importantly, this place is open late which makes it a great option if you have shopped until you dropped at the nearby outlet mall. This place is really super affordable PLUS you get free Thai iced tea, with refills! What is there to complain about! Initially the server got one of our orders wrong, but they promptly replaced it and gave us free dessert at the end. Really can't complain about the service and the low prices and that's why they get 5 stars. Great customer experience. Very convenient that they are open late. I expect to be back.”

The wash actually did a good job removing caked on dirt and mud which most can't and did a decent job on my rims too. Plus the dryer with the sounddowm worked well too. “Come for the vibes, stay for the food. Great spot right near the beach (and snagging the outdoor seating with fire pit made it even better). All the food was pretty good, but tough to beat the Wednesday deal - El Cubano and any draft beer for $12, which would normally run you about twice as much. Sandwich was good, and everyone else in the group enjoyed their meal (tacos and wings). Would come back for sure.”
