“I've been to this area for work in the past and was fortunate to stay at this hotel on my latest trip. I believe they said they've only been open for 5 months, but already some of the best food I've had during my time in the area. You can tell the chef knows what they are doing. From the menu to the presentation, the quality is up there with the best. The customer service is great, too. The bartenders are very polite and attentive. Juan was a joy to chat with. Would recommend this place to everyone.”

I had to wait and get the food to go and I ate at the small 3 table outdoor dining section since Long Beach is still not allowing inside dining. The chicken was done just right. My side dishes were excellent. I always get an extra set of tortillas. Both sets were steaming hot. Next time I am in town I will probably stop by again.”

After having a smoke break with us on the patio, he walked to his car parked in the front first parking spot, and went to put on deodorant in front of all of us eating. Pulled up his shirt after smoking a cigarette on the patio with us, rubbed some deodorant on and decided to move his car over a few inches to the west, i guess it was too close to curbside? While it was loud and obnoxiously all weird I can't get over the fact how rude he was. I could go a lifetime without seeing his awesome deodorant experience, or ever hearing his compensation car turn on again. The whole experience of food and a show was taken to new levels. Thanks panera, i can not say today was a pleasure. The food was tasty whole small though. I guess the car can compensate for that also. 5 stars only because this is the first time it's been all that and generally the food is good.”

I learned so much from Ken about the importance of good padding. Now I’m assisting my daughter with her new home and the knowledge I learned from Ken.”
