“This is a gorgeous lakeside setting that often goes all summer without the mosquitoes finding it! There are wide open spaces for people to run around & play or picnic. The paved bike trails through the woods circle around Goose Lake. A few years ago I almost ran into a large black bear right on the trail just a few yards from one on the busiest roads in town. It's a great place to just get away for a little while. If you're a geocacher, this is a great setting, with still plenty of room to hide more!”

But our waitress was wonderful, most of our dishes were four to five stars one was maybe a three hence the four star rating. Prices were reasonable which was unusual for this time. “The food here is the bomb dot com. All freshly cooked and it's absolutely delicious! I have come here a couple of times to order food, and it's been consistently amazing every time. I believe one of the chefs/owners here used to work at Din Tai Fung before opening her own restaurant. It's a small mom and pop shop with limited seating. There is free parking in the back lot. I don't know if they have changed their rules since covid but the last time I visited, they were only accepting cash. No worries if you don't come with cash, there is a Wells Fargo ATM right across the street near Mcdonald's.”

I'm not really familiar with Vietnamese cuisine for breakfast but this place have made a favorable impression on me. I went with the smoked salmon which was tasty and amazing specially their savory pancake that they served the salmon with. My wife went with the veggie casserole which was good but felt more like a lunch dish rather than a breakfast dish. The real star was the creme brûlée French toast which is a must!!!”
