“Birria food truck in Hacienda Heights. Came here on a Saturday around 12:30 and there was no line. We got our food pretty quickly (around 10 min) and ate at a nearby park (there’s no seating available there). Credit cards are accepted. My dad loved his bone marrow taco (Huesi taco) which was a huge bone and came with pickled red onions and cilantro. I got a sample plate which came with a soft taco (suave), hard taco (dorado), and a soft taco with cheese (quesi taco) in addition to an 8oz consommé (broth). The quesi taco was my favorite one - the cheese goes so well with the consommé and it’s so tender and flavorful I’m getting hungry just writing about it. Good spot to grab a quick bite or if you’re craving Birria tacos.”

I wished it was little spicy which it was not but, it had good flavors. I got their version of the Cadillac Margarita. It was good but not sure if it had the Grand Marnier floater tho. I had the 3 sopes with a side of beans. The sopes were small but packed with flavor. My husband had the tacos & said they were really good. We were celebrating his birthday so we got the Flan. OMG it was AMAZING! We will both eat here again. Hopefully they will bring back the live music. DAY 2: We stayed at Harrahs overnight & went back to Rita's for a snack the next day. We had the Shrimp Cocktail & Chicken Wings. The Shrimp cocktail had 6 nice size fresh shrimp & the flavors were good. The Chicken Wings were Amazing! When we come back, the Chicken Wings & Flan are on our Must Have List!”

“Aug 26 2023 I bought 1. Combination fried rice 2. Sweet & sour chicken 3. Combination Chow fun 4. Moo goo gai pan 5. 3 flavored Kung Pao 6. Sesame balls 7. 1 wok (wonton) soup amounted to about $83 total with tax. I now try to minimize buying to go food or dining at a restaurant to curb my family's expenses, but I like coming back to Rice Kitchen because they have generous servings that I am able to portion out the leftovers & turn it into meals for the following days. We are a family of 2. For this order, I got: -2 meals for dinner tonight & 10 sesame balls -8 portioned meals from leftovers -2 containers of won soup leftover (these + a toast or a cheese quesadilla will make us probably 2-3 meals) -About 2 more meals of extra rice & Three Flavored Kung Pao. Total: 14 meals $83÷13 meals = $5.92 Cooking our own food is the most cost-effective, but buying from Rice Kitchen from time to time is reasonable for me. It's splurging without breaking the bank. Aside from the cost, I like the taste of the food here of course that's why I keep coming back=) July 15 2023 Happy to announce that they still have an A rating. Being new to the area, my spouse & I tried Rice Kitchen take out yesterday. We got combination fried rice, moo goo gai pan & beef chow fun. They have a An rating which made me comfortable buying from them. The lady who took our order was very accommodating. The food was tasty and although the food containers were the same size as other restaurants, Rice Kitchen fills them up as much as it would take. I appreciate this because money does not come from a tree and it can get expensive buying restaurant food nowadays. I will definitely be a repear customer and taste all of the food on their menu. To the owner, to cut cost, maybe you can provide plastic food & spoon, fortune cookies and condiments when customers ask for it? Maybe put a sign in your restaurant to let customers know this. The cost you cut on this can used to cover providing bigger portions. Most of the time when it's to go, these condiments, plastic utensils and fortune cookies only get tossed anyway.”
