“Hands down, this is my favorite brunch spot in LA. For price, quality of food, ambiance and service are all 5 star. My favorite thing for brunch is the hot chicken and biscuits, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the selections. My friend got the steak and eggs, and it was delish! They used to do bottomless mimosas and now they do pitchers, but it’s honestly still a good deal. Mostly because it’s more of a mimosa cocktail rather than just champagne and OJ. All the sweet treats are amazing too on the brunch menu. We got all 3! So so good!”

Their happy hour and taco Tuesday deals are great too! I have veggie tacos (not sure if they are on the menu) the staff was busy but friendly. They always made sure we had full drinks and chips (which are delicious!) the food was so good I forgot to take a picture, but got a margarita picture. It is a little loud, but that fits the vibe of the bar.”

“The Spearman family runs this and the sister Clubs (Monarch Beach and Racquet Club Irvine) and deserves every one of the FIVE Stars. Through the entire pandemic they have been so mindful of their members. Keeping us active and happy in such a dismal time. They kept their facilities open as long as legally possible just to give us the benefit of being able to get exercise. Pools have remained open throughout. Juniors programs and summer Camps are well organized with lunch and swim time included. League opportunities a-plenty. Their reputation in the PacSun and Hill n Canyon leagues is unmatched in the region. Match arranging rocks thanks to Mina who doesn’t just throw you in a match-she places you with people in your skill level. Try Vitali’s liveball, it’s a crazy calorie burn and addictive. Staff is wonderful, like family. Grounds and courts are well maintained. Anita pours some generous drinks at the bar. And the new remodel will bring a new re-vamped fitness center.”

“So their food is always awesome and they prep it fast so you're in and out quickly, never more than like 7 mins max. Inside is very small so wouldn't recommend dine in but essentially you can if you'd like to. Always clean and tidy too, never crowded either, plenty of parking, easy access, etc. They also can have it ready if you call ahead of time but again wait times not an issue here. The staff is young and friendly, no issues there. The ONLY critique I could give here is they never give enough hot sauce even when asking for extra. They need bigger packets for it, haha. But all you gotta do is ask and they'll help you out. They do ask you to wear a mask before entering via the sign on door but not while you eat if someone happens to dine in. Love this spot, love their food, and great friendly workers get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!”

“When we got the bill, we were charged $3 more per item. If you go, make sure you ask about the prices before you order. Not sure why we had to pay $6 more for our meal. No explanation was given. The food at Maya was good and there was a large selection on the menu. There is free street parking out front on the side street. Many people were getting orders to go. We tried the Chilaquiles con Huevos with red sauce and the Steak a la Mexicana. You can choose red sauce or green sauce with the chilaquiles. I wanted half red and half green, but they won’t do that. You can also choose to have all beans or half beans and half potatoes. I did half and half and I’m glad I did. The potatoes were good. The Steak a la Mexicana was good and spicy. Overall, a good place with questionable pricing.”

It came with some toasted bread on the side, which was a nice addition to the dish. It was a delicious creamy pasta with a good amount of blackened shrimp. Personally, it was a bit saltier than what I would've preferred, and it was a bit of a heavy dish, but it was still good overall. My friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. When asked how he wanted his burger cooked, we asked for it to be medium rare, but it was more of a medium / medium well. It's fine, though. It wasn't that big of a deal to us. At the end of the day, our hunger was satisfied. Overall, it was a great atmosphere, cool fish tank, good service, and good food.”
