They were very thorough and super nice when they answered our many questions regarding roof repairs, roof replacement timeline, and benefits of installing solar when our roof needs to be repaired. “We bought a 70+ year old house in Sacramento as a second home, knowing we'd need to replace the roof eventually. Not living full-time in area created a lot of challenges in maintaining the property. “Kurt was amazing! He made sure we were informed and were comfortable with everything along the way. He discussed pros and cons of every product and told us exactly how the process would go. His guys were great and efficient and cleaned up after they were done! Superior was quick and got our roof done in one day! Because we wanted galvanized gutters which Superior does not keep in stock, they had to come back to install the gutters after the roof. We were going out of town that afternoon so couldn't stay to see them finish. Kurt sent us photos after they were done and they cleaned everything up perfectly!”

“Our garage needed re-roofing which involved removing and re-installing solar panels from the attached guest house. Firstly, of 5 quotes UEC was very significantly the cheapest - less than half of the most expensive quote (ultimately the job required a little more than the estimator based his quote on, but it was still less than half of the most expensive quote). Secondly, I was impressed that UEC could handle the solar panels, which are continuing to work fine a year after the job. Thirdly, the guys handling the job were efficient and pleasant. The tiles along the roof corners seem likely a bit lower quality than those another contractor used on the guesthouse, but the UEC price was so reasonable so this is understandable. Accordingly, my recommendation based on this job is a strong one.”
