“Tim, Mike and crew are easy to work with. We had a few leaks around the house and contacted few roofing companies. TMH was referred to me by our plumber. Contacted Tim and he was fast to reply and was able to comedown next day to take a look. He beats all other contractors as others will take a week or so to do check our roof. Tim came by and inspected the roof, and taken pictures and explain where the leaks coming from. he gave me 2 option, quick cheap way, or slightly expensive but the proper way. I received the proposal for the proper fix and it is slightly expensive but reasonable. i had another roofer look and quoted me, with almost the same work (TMH job scope are more) and it was 3x more expensive! TMH for sure are honest, professional, on time and completed it with much to our satisfaction! Our previous roofer has retired, im glad we found our new roofer! Highly recommended! just have some patience in scheduling as at times they can be busy, but they will communicate timely.”

“Can't say enough about this company and how great they've been. First, they were one of the few companies of over 15 I called to just get a quote who even called me back. They were able to give me an estimate a few days later. They're estimate was professional and thorough and even included a bid for the dry rot work that needed to be done as well. On top of that they were one of the lower than most of the other larger company bids I got. They gave me a time from of a few months out which was fine, but then they called a few weeks later and said things were moving faster than expected and I was able to get the work done the following week! The other companies were several months out at least on getting scheduled. Steve came out and went over all the color choices and gave me his opinion. He addressed all my concerns and finalized the date for the project start. The roofers were always timely every day they worked and were very efficient at what they did. My retired neighbor couldn't stop raving on how great their work was and how professional they were. Now we have a fabulous looking new roof and are very happy with everything that was done. Fast forward 1 year, and I had a leak. Straight Edge sent a few roofers to check it out. They figured out the problem and showed me 2 random holes drilled into my roof. It turned out that a solar company I contracted with to do my solar drilled 2 random holes and only filled 1 in.. Straight Edge Roofing took the time out of their day to take care of the issue free of charge due to the rainy season. It is safe to say the company is a class act, and they have a watertight guarantee. It would have been a drawn-out process with the solar company if they hadn't, and I am very grateful.”

“I’ve had a beautiful 1970s house in Ls Crescenta for about 10 years, and we recently noticed that our roof had some damage in several parts of the house. We asked for recommendations here in the area and we heard about Loyalty Roofing La Crescenta. We called them and they came the next day to evaluate the damage on the roof. They concluded that we needed a complete roofing renovation because there was some structural damage, so we were in risk of collapse. Those weren't very good news for us considering our budget was a bit tight but we came up with a good agreement with the company and the work started pretty soon. Everything was according to schedule despite minor problems that came along the way and the budget changes were not bad. I would say this is a high quality residential roofing service at a fair price made by professional, experienced people.”
