“I wanted to share how absolutely grateful and thankful we are to Chad and his team from Integrity Roofing. With the storms last week we discovered a significant leak in our roof that severely damaged the ceiling in our laundry room. Even though it was late afternoon on Thursday Chad answered our call and was able to come out to inspect our ceiling. The following day he and his crew were up on our roof and after a thoroughly inspection found the leak to be more extensive than previously thought the evening before. They were able to replace and repair all the damage Friday afternoon! Considering this was an emergency call and a big repair we are so incredibly thrilled to have it addressed so quickly and professionally. “Although our roof was installed a number of years ago by Cross Roofing, it has held up to the weather and barely looks like it has aged. The crew did a great job! They removed the old wood shakes, installed new plywood sheeting and ‘felt’ before applying the dimensional shingles. We supplied the new metal roof vents for them to install. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned the area each day before leaving. This company was family-owned at the time they installed our roof; I sure hope it’s in the hands of another generation.”

“I've used R&R Enterprises several times. First, I engaged Rick to do a roof repair on a townhouse. When I later sold it, I had R&R do a complete reroof and exterior paint job. They repaired dry rot on the exterior, fixed a downspout, and installed new plywood for the roof base where needed. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work and materials used. This year I had R&R paint the exterior of my current home and reroof it. Rick passed along a price break he got on the best quality paint. He worked with me to help me evaluate what colors to use and gave me a chance to test out an uncommon decorative roof feature that was on the original house. He voluntarily repainted some vents until they were a better match for the roof. It was clear that he was was committed to my satisfaction. My husband is going to have R&R do the roof on one of his properties as a result of our experience. Again, Rick contacted him with a better deal he was able to get on the roofing supplies after the initial estimate and passed along the savings. Rick and Lynn are fair and honest people.”
