I remember all the kids loved to kick the red balls over the fence and on to Temple Street. They put a stop to that after one of the balls landed on a TA's head and knock her out cold. “Amy is a fantastic guitar teacher. She is knowledgeable, relaxed and in tune with my sons learning level. She consistently challenges him and at the same time is patient. He looks forward to his lesson with her every week. She teaches all aspects of playing guitar, including understanding the instrument. Amy offers music to practice and also offers my son to choose music that he enjoys to engage him more. I am very happy to have found someone with not only extensive musical knowledge but also great teaching skills. I highly recommend her for all levels of learners.”

“Our son loved being in Teacher Laura's class and learning and exploring outdoors in Golden Gate Park over this past strange covid year. On drives home we would hear about books that they had read, the Safety Announcement, and the day's lesson. The kids covered literacy, math, art, and science during their afternoon Lesson Time, and occasionally worked on special cooking projects where they made their own lunches. He came home dirty, tired, and satisfied from a day well spent outside in rain or shine. If only grade school could be outdoors as well, he would be in heaven!”

“I'm going to start out by saying, my child is not the easiest to work with. That is why I am so glad I have her to help take the load off at times. He does have a condition that requires him to miss school once in a while and she's great making sure he's always on track. He has a lot of energy. And I mean a lot! He has no problem telling you exactly what he things and anyone who works with him needs to be tough! As well as kind! The toughest thing is keeping him on track and she's able to do that. She can get done what needs to be done, while still teaching him and still giving him time to share with her how his day went. If we only have one hour, she fits everything in the hour. If we have more, great! This is important because my son is a talker and if you can't veer him back on track he won't get it done. And she does it so he isn't defensive and he actually says thank you!!! And I get to relax for just a little bit.”

Either way, once you get to know Ms. Ramirez, (i talked to her during outdoor ed) she is actually a really nice person and only wants the best for the students. The teachers are amazing, but there is one class I don't want to point out but people blame everything on them. I really like this school! The education is great, and people are really nice! :')”

“This dance studio was beyond amazing - all the people we worked with were so kind, helpful, and fun! We took private lessons with Nick to prepare for our first dance for our wedding, and we are so glad we chose to do so! We started from learning basics steps, to putting a whole routine together - everyone was so impressed and we had a blast doing it! It was so nice to have our dance lessons in the months leading up to the wedding - just a moment for us to be together and do something fun in the midst of all the wedding planning craziness. We also were so glad to not have to stress about the dance on the day-of, knowing we had it put together already. Would highly recommend to any couple - well worth the money!”

“I first went to this space as part of a soft opening meditation session on a Saturday morning and it was so great to be amongst community. I had initially taken an online meditation series with Armen in February and it was a powerful experience to dedicate two mornings a week for four weeks on heightening sensory awareness and concentration. It's evident that his years of facilitating and somatic work shines in his virtual teachings and in real life. Having done four sessions of somatic work and his meditation sessions I highly recommend his healing work that is grounded in his solid knowledge of science and anatomy. He is an embodied practitioner and teacher and I look forward to more in person sessions.”
