“A hidden gem in Belmont! From what I can tell, there hasn't been a significant change since the business got a new owner. I had the same fabulous therapist that I did earlier in the year. These days my favorite is the Thai Combo massage, which has elements of both traditional Thai and Swedish massage. I woke up this morning with a tight and painful shoulder from sleeping on my side, and no amount of stretching or heat would help. I felt so much more limber and pain-free after my massage. This is a no-frills massage therapy center, not a spa. There are curtains separating you from other clients, but for the most part it's quiet with relaxing music in the background.”

And way more relaxed and professional vibe too :-) Editing to say after recently trying a fancy shmancy spa place in SF (the float plus cryo place, I forget the name) that I still think you get a better cryo experience here! The machine just seems colder and Nick can adjust on the fly to help you find your temperature sweet spot and get as cold as you can take it. For all my friends who ask me about cryo I recommend this place as my top choice for the most physically therapeutic cryo experience.”

“The massages here are excellent! My husband and I have come here many times for the couples massage and each time has been excellent, the best massages we have received anywhere. The couples room is nice and large and the ambiance with the candles is romantic. They also have a nice big shower that you can use after your massage and the place is nice and clean with excellent restrooms. Tip: go to their website to get coupon specials-they have some really nice deals. I fully recommend coming here especially if you like a deeper massage.”
