“This place is a hit or miss... I usually go here because it’s so close to home, but after going here for about a year, I do wish there was more of an improvement, since this place is ‘luxury’. Particularly the customer service from the staff... which varies . Overall I love the atmosphere here, it’s not overly bright and very calming, quaint, and usually quiet with classical music. So when I need a pedicure I usually come here and that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend acrylics though. Last few times I’ve had them done here, neither tech was gentle with the drill whatsoever, even when asked repeatedly and kindly to be gentle, and results where mediocre”

“Very popular gym and located many place. Many kind of weight training machines are available and the gym is pretty big I think. I usually use the swimming pool in the gym. The pool has only 3 lanes but there are just a few people. Newer gym is more better and cleaner as you expect. There are some classes for free. You can check the schedule on the website. Personal training is also available.”

“I absolutely love the new Aeon Acupuncture Wellness Center. The waiting area it is so relaxing, the colors are soft, and along with aromatherapy oils the energy is blissful and so very pleasing to be in. I had no actual pain, so I thought, but I have a hard time hearing out of one ear and I had been sitting for three days at a seminar before getting there. During the treatment I felt my self go into deep relaxation and felt the change in my organs during the acupuncture. I am new to the treatment so I had no idea what to expect. I could feel the energy in my body shifting around but because I was lying still I was not sure of what think but to relax into it. It was extremely peaceful. When the treatment was done and I got up it was like I shook off the old stiff body shape and enjoyed the feel of the new energy body I had received with out an aggressive massage or chiropractic adjustment. The combination of Qi Therapy and Acupuncture is amazing! My Qi had some blockages that Kevin cleared, I felt energetic and still do, my brain fog is lifted, my ear is not clogged I can hear, and I had no over heating while sleeping. I feel like a new person. My back, neck and shoulders feel unlocked! I can move with ease and feel so happy and grateful, thank you so much I will be back soon! This was an extraordinary healing experience. I will be recommending Aeon Acupuncture to everyone.”

“The banya is great. The saunas are really hot, the steam room is really steamy, and they have a nice restaurant with delicious Russian food and snacks. They also have a deck with a nice view of the city. This is my go to place for sauna. They give you a robe, 2 big towels and slippers - that’s very convenient. You don’t need to bring anything. Except a sauna hat! They rent them for $3 or sell for $18. You can get one at Amazon for $10. It’s helpful, because supposedly it protects your hair from the heat. The only downside is that it’s pricey. The entrance costs $47 and their restaurant prices are quite steep too.”

“Suchada has an online booking system which is (generally) a huge plus; unfortunately, I wanted to schedule a couple's Thai massage which was unavailable to book online (I only saw packages that included other services that I didn't need). However, that being said, it wasn't a difficult task to call them and make an appointment... and then a few hours later realizing I made a mistake, and calling them back to clarify some details. The people on the phone were very friendly and efficient. Fast-forward to the actual appointment. My bf and I arrived a few minutes early, and were given some standard forms to fill out (including circling where you want the massage therapists to focus their attention on, if anything). What I really liked about the forms is that they were laminated and we were given dry erase markers to complete them - yay green business! After submitting the paperwork, it was a few more minutes before we were brought into the room, and a few more to change (into the loose clothing Suchada provided) and get settled. A couple (manageable) downsides is that my curtained room was super dark so it was difficult to get changed, and the curtain doorway was always slightly open no matter how much I tried to close it. My bf was in the curtained area next to me (without the issues my room had), but they kept the curtain between us open. The massage therapist I had that day was Paula (and my bf had Samy). Paula did a great job of focusing on the areas I wanted attention on, and avoiding more sensitive parts (I had a slightly ankle injury that day). She constantly checked in with me for pressure and made sure there was no pain. I could go on and on, but I'll just finish off here by clarifying that I haven't been to many Thai massage places in SF, but from the ones I have been to, Suchada is my fave thus far :)”

“Dr Sarah Yovino is verrrry knowledgeable and not to mention, an amazing injector. She has a very conservative approach which I really value, and she really listens to the wants of her patients. On major plus to coming to Dr Sarah for my injections is that she is a Pain Management specialist, so she really KNOWS where it hurts, how it hurts, why it hurts, and takes all the proper measures to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. I never feel anything, she explains the entire process very thoroughly and I am so thankful for that.
