Arthur was there when I asked if I could replace it. He was very generous and kind as well as patient as he was also dealing with someone who had to tighten up a cog. He was also very professional and clearly was proficient in what he does. If the staff as well as the work they do are of such high caliber there, I would assume they would be at their main location. 5/5 stars.”
