Communication with staff is a great way to assure they’re able to give you the benefit of the doubt. Great people with great empathy so don’t be afraid to discuss hardships or delays with them. Of course it’s best to be on time or have somewhere to place items instead of storage but they do their best to be for you within the business structure of the company. I have no complaints!”

“It is a warehouse facility, which receives mostly international shipping items. I have been at this establishment, several years ago, to pick up items that were sent from Europe. Everything arrived well and without defects. Of course, next time, when I will be sending items from Europe to the States, these items might end up here. However, everyone was doing their jobs correctly, and I did not have any problems.”
