“This place is by far the best storage facility option in San Juan Capistrano. Over the years I have had a unit at one time or another at all of the other facilities in town. A-1 is the newest facility in town. Therefore they have all of the latest conveniences. Very clean and secure. Well lit and at even smells good. Great hours and access to your unit. Staff is all 5 stars. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with in person has been friendly and helpful. Teresa, the manager, another young lady and most recently Thomas working the front desk were all courteous and knowledgeable.”

“Stored my home belongings at Westlake Storage for over 3 years. Never had a problem. Clear and consistent contract. Excellent service and attention to the security of the property. I once improperly secured my lock - thus not locking my unit at all. I was called by Westlake staff that evening and notified that my unit was not secure. We were able to make arrangements to secure my unit until I was able to return. I would happily patronize Westlake again in the future. Recommended!”

Boris and his team were our movers, they did a fast and efficient job loading all of our stuff. They all introduced themselves to myself and my husband and made us feel very comfortable with them packing up our home. The boxes were all well-packed and clearly labeled.
