All of our items and furniture were handled with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They set up materials to ensure that the floors in both offices were not damaged, and they asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture to be placed in our new office. “Five stars all around. This is quite possibly one of the best RV storage facilities in the bay area. We stored our previous RV here for many years until we sold it last year. We've decided we could not be without an RV so we ended up buying another one, and we are happy to be back to FVS. The facilities management is very responsive and helpful, location is great, having an on site dump/water station is a bonus. I would certainly recommend FVS to anyone looking for a decent vehicle storage at a decent price.”

“The prices and quality of furniture here is amazing! They have every type of furniture you need for a home or office, from the mid-century modern style to the heavier hotel pieces all for much lower prices than I had seen when searching online. The customer service also deserves 5-stars. DJ showed us the modern pieces we were leaning toward and even gave us a sneak peek into their warehouse to see if he had anything else in a similar style. He gave us tips on how to maintain the furniture fabrics and even gave us free cushions for an outdoor set that was missing them after we showed him the online version. When picking up our large order, DJ and his team loaded everything onto our truck very quickly, neatly, and gently! Overall a great experience and we were able to furnish our living room and outdoor patio in just 1 weekend!”

“Came here in April to rent a 10x10 for my grandpa He is on the facility often to rummage through his things and find fishing supplies. When we did the rental back then I think it was Ignacio who helped us and explained all the necessary information, didn't waste our time with all the excess stuff. Was quick, concise, and he didn't feel blindsided w/ the late fees they send late notices and call when we forget!!! He had really bad experience with other facilities tacking on lates without even attempting to notify us so he wanted me to say how nice the contrast is here Melissa, the site manager, is always kind and ready to help with any concerns that we have with our account. Great facility, keep it up!”
