“The ownership is super friendly and easy to talk to. It makes it easy to resolve any issues. The parking spaces are a good size and easy to get in and out. The coded gate is easy to use and allows easy access for your storage needs. It is a busy lot but so far have not had any issues. the only down fall is the road coming into the lot. Super bumpy with some decent holes and lots of dust. You will have to run what ever you are storing through a car/truck wash once you pick it up.”

Once I got in there, I told the Security Guard who I was There to pick up, he was very nice. He asked If I wanted water and handed me two bottles of water and directed me to an ice machine and to a place to sit while i waited for my nephew to come out.”

I've had my storage unit at Q Street Storage for over 2 years now and I'm very sad to be leaving because I know I won't find another place as professional, nice, caring, helpful and patient as Claudia and her husbands company. I’ve never had one issue with my belongings and always felt very safe and secure having my items stored at Q Street Storage. The size of my storage and the price each month I can’t find anywhere else even close to Q Street Storages. I had a hard time paying the last couple months that I was there due to some medical problems and instead of Claudia selling my items at an auction she wrote off my debt that I owed for a couple months. You won't ever find that at any other storage company. All other places will just auction your belongings without a care in the world but not Q Street Storage. Claudia was in constant contact with me and worked with me over those couple months and was extremely patient, kind, helpful and caring. I'm sad to be leaving Q Street Storage, it will be really hard to beat them, I doubt I will find a company that even comes close to Q Street Storage. THANK YOU CLAUDIA & Q STREET STORAGE!!!
