The owner was VERY patient and answered all of my questions and sent plenty of pictures. We agreed on a price but I was concerned that there might be some hidden problems once I left the lot. The owner assured me that if anything came up that was caused by the accident that he would handle it. Sure enough there were a couple of minor issues that quickly became obvious once I put the truck through its daily routine. True to his word, Nick fixed each issue with a smile and a handshake. I'm now 6k miles down the road with no problems and love the truck. In today's business climate it is rare to meet an honest person that actually cares about their customer but Nick is exactly that. An hour or so later, she called me back to say she somehow made an extra cake, lol. I rushed over there to get it and was so excited! 4 generations of family LOVED this amazing cake she made.
