“Got a flat tire on the way out of Palm Springs. Apparently its VERY common to get it with nails and debris on the highway. Called and spoke to Alliso she was WONDERFUL. They took us in. There was one person ahead of us. We sat in the air conditioned lobby and waited 30-40 minutes for our turn. Allison was the BEST customer service ever and answered all our questions and made us feel better on something that could have dampened our day. It took about 20 minutes to patch our tire. This place was great and highly recommend!”
