“Love the staff except after a year of no problems with my service dog, I was suddenly told I had to provide proof and that he has to wear identification. That is not the law. Only two questions are allowed. Quoting from the ada.gov site “When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.” I am disabled and my dog has a specific duty of picking up things I drop. “Ordered the Togo's #33 Triple Dip (1/2 lb. of hot roast beef, turkey & pastrami with provolone. Includes hot au jus) via Grubhub takeout and was quite impressed. While the place was busy during the weekday lunch rush, it only took about 10-15 min to get my food after placing my order. The half pound of meat is substantial and delicious and the bread and meats combined with the au jus made for a super satisfying meal. The indoor/outdoor seating area isn't the most comfortable but it got the job done. No Wi-Fi but was able to hotspot my laptop to watch a video while enjoying lunch. Decent amount of seating that even during peak times there was enough for everyone to get their own table. Most were taking the food to-go.”
