After visiting a couple of mechanic shops, I received exorbitant quotes for either rebuilding my differential or purchasing a used one from a parts store like All American. Fortunately, I contacted All American and they had a differential in stock with low mileage, at a much lower cost compared to the mechanics' quotes for higher mileage differentials. “Update 4-18-2023 1. Their selection of native plants is hidden in the back, and poorly stocked. I have to go to Alden Lane in Livermore for a quality selection. When we first saw the news that they were taking over for Armstrong, we were a bit nervous. I have been checking out what native plants (Earth Day) to add to my bit of dirt, and will be taking my list with me. 2. They carry little to no Audubon anymore. Prices are better at the local ACE hardware, and coupons on back of Safeway receipts. Or, check out Lowe's they have an excellent selection! One area we are adamant about is, feeding the birds with Audubon seed. 3. The yellow bird feeder featured in this review did not last one season. However, my husband reuses the parts. Plus, he built his own custom homes. See below. They are squirrel and raptor proof! One large, one small (this allows for cleaning & feeding)/. The nursery has a nice selection along with houses; Hummingbird feeders; and plants to get birds into your yard. The staff are not only super friendly, but very knowledgeable. I was looking for Blazing Star and they had a wonderful package of bulbs ready for the ground. And, they were almost all gone. And, a good deal. 4. The bulbs did not pan out. Not one bloomed, and it was it great soil. All the native plants I purchased at Alden Lane are flourishing. 5. However, each Wednesday's is Senior Discount days, so that is a plus. And, your points add up for purchases made and you can use them anytime! So thanks. If you have not checked them out, take a chance and spring into gardening.”

“How. How have I only just discovered Golden State Coffee? Located in Old Town Placentia it has alllll the cool vibes with brick and wood and arches and soooo much space inside and out! They have been roasting coffee for more than 10 years so they know their stuff. My matcha was yum and they have an exceptional menu with vegan and gf options. The aesthetic is a 10/10, street parking is easy unless it's a busy time. The service is friendly and helpful. Plenty of merch and just an overall great experience. Good to study and work. But also great for catchups with friends. It's movie to the top of my favorite list!”

The earrings I got are real 22k gold and stunning! Mr and Mrs Chinna have a very large selection. I was very drawn to all the beautiful chains. After 4 months of testing out my gold bali earrings with daily wear and showers, they still shine like I bought them yesterday. I went back to buy my 22k gold chains and I couldn’t be happier! I bought two gold rope chains and a OM pendant. Mrs. Chinna is a true sweetheart. She made sure I found the chains I loved and made sure my pendants fit! She pulled out her tools and fitted my pendants beautifully. Afterwards she helped me find beautiful chandelier earrings for my moms bday present. I wanted to look at everything and she was patient! I went back again and purchased a 3rd 22k gold rope chain with initial pendant. I went back after visiting Khadim jewelers, Bombay jewelers, and bismillah jewelers. Out of all those jewelers, Chinna jewelers had the best price and best service. I inquired about the price for the same chains I got and everyone quoted me higher!!! I was glad I made the purchase at Chinna! They have really fair prices and after doing my own face to face research with other gold retailers, it’s safe to say I’m sticking with them for all my golden needs. “This newly remodeled gas station is always a treat to go to. The staff are always friendly. Since the remodel they now have diesel, and it makes my morning drive a lot shorter than it used to. The new pumps appear to pump the gas a little faster too, so less waiting for you. Only complaint is that if you have to pay inside and there is a line, it doesn't usually move fast, so be prepared to wait.”
