“I stumbled upon this small supermarket last year and was impressed at how cleaned it was and still is. It is easily the cleanest Chinese supermarket I have seen my entire life. Throughout the entire store, they have clean shiny epoxy floor. Although small, it has all the components of a full size Chinese Supermarket…dry goods, meat/poultry, seafood section with live seafood, produce, and barbecue sections. The barbecue section was “spotless”. I also noticed all the high traffic areas are spotless as well.”

“When I entered Marcus Books (we went there immediately after I flight landed in SF), I felt like I'd arrived home. I approached the front counter and asked the lady behind the desk if she was the owner. Her response, "Yes, I'm one of them." When I told her that I LOVE the bookstore, she said, "It loves you back." What an amazing store, the selection is broad and comprehensive, featuring multiple genres by and about Black ppl. I limited myself to 3 books and nothing else, which was a deal I had to make with myself before entering!! LOL! The feeling of being in a bookshop that's been around since the 1960s is indescribable. “It’s not often in today’s environment that you call a business and they go that extra mile. I called FSC looking for a interior dome light fuse for my 2001 ML 430. The gentleman answering the phone informed me that they do not sell parts to the public but come on in and they would give me one. I drove to their location in Dana Point and indeed they provided me with the 10amp fuse as well as one of their mechanics put it in and made sure everything worked. “This is a small business run by 2 brothers in San Jose. I got to meet them both when I went into the store because Pete and Roberto are both hands on in their business, however I've been working with Roberto. I'm redoing my house with LVT floors and after shopping around Roberto gave me a thicker tile / higher quality material and even beat the price of my cheapest set of material I was looking at. Seriously, he is a really cool dude. He's willing to work with you to find exactly what you want, show you similar alternatives you might not have seen someplace else, and get it to you at a great price. They're only using high quality materials in their store so none of the cheap imported Chinese stuff. The customer service is great. When they tell you they're going to call you back they definitely make it a point to call you fast. These guys don't waste time.
